Information used by the website

• Details you send through the contact form, such as your name, email, subject, message and any optional business information.
• For a paid AI Visibility Audit: the website URL, report email, optional name or company, and target-offer description you submit. The audit service also reads public pages and crawler-control files from the submitted website.
• Website analytics and technical hosting logs used to understand usage, diagnose errors and protect the site.
• Information about followed links, such as the selected provider and campaign labels, used to understand referrals.
• Browser preferences, such as the selected appearance and saved options, where you use those features.

Services and partner links

The website uses Vercel for hosting and web analytics. Contact and audit-report emails use the configured email service. Lemon Squeezy processes AI Visibility Audit payments as the checkout provider and receives the checkout email plus limited audit metadata needed to connect the payment with the requested report. TrendMintAI does not receive or store full payment-card details. Additional support and network integrations may be enabled, including Crisp support and Travelpayouts. Following an affiliate link can share referral information with a network and provider; their own privacy and cookie notices apply on their services.

A free browsing service is not the same as a website with no data processing. Analytics, support tools and affiliate services can have different data practices.

Cookies and browser settings

Use the website's consent controls where offered and your browser settings to manage cookies and stored preferences. Partner sites have separate controls. Clearing your browser's site storage can also clear your saved options and preferences.

Paid audit report links

A paid audit report link contains a signed TrendMintAI report token created after a verified Lemon Squeezy paid-order webhook. Treat the link as private, because someone with the complete link may be able to open the paid report. For the saved-report delivery system, opening the link reads the stored report snapshot; it does not rerun the audit or update the findings. Audit inputs, recipient details, order references, delivery status and saved report content are stored in our Supabase database, and report emails are sent through Resend. A recorded refund blocks access to the associated saved report.

Older report links issued before saved-report delivery use a different path: they re-check the Lemon Squeezy order and may rerun public-site checks. Those older reports can therefore reflect newer website data. Keep all report links private, including links stored in your email or browser history.

Earlier enquiries or transactions

Removing the former paid-product pages does not itself erase previously submitted information. Earlier waitlist enquiries, correspondence or payment records may remain where necessary to respond to you or meet legal and accounting obligations. If a previous transaction used Lemon Squeezy, its records and notices may still be relevant. This is not an invitation to purchase a new TrendMintAI membership.

Purpose, retention and requests

Information is used to respond to requests, operate and protect the website, understand referrals and meet applicable obligations. Depending on the activity, the relevant basis may be consent, responding to a requested service, a legal obligation or legitimate interests. Information should be retained only as long as needed for its purpose or an applicable obligation.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Requests can be made through our contact page; some records may need to be retained for legal reasons. You may also raise a concern with your data protection authority.
