Use of the service

TrendMintAI provides content and affiliate tools. You are responsible for using the service in accordance with applicable laws and the policies of affiliate networks and platforms you post to.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed by our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy). Taxes/VAT may apply based on your location. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel via the link in your receipt or by contacting support.

Refunds

If something is not working as expected, contact us and we’ll try to help. Where applicable, refunds are handled according to our payment processor’s policies and local consumer law.

Affiliate disclosure

Some links may be affiliate links. If you buy or sign up through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We prioritize curation quality and brand safety.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the current subscription period.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the latest version here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
